How do I make a booking?
Choose your property, enter your travel dates and book directly on our website. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
What is included in the rental?
All properties come fully furnished and equipped. Included are Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and a final clean. Check the individual property page for full details.
How do I get access to the property?
2 days before check-in you will receive an email with a link to complete the legally required guest registration form (RD 933/2021, Spanish law). Once that is done, we send you the door code.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stays vary by property and season — typically 5–7 nights in high season and 3 nights off-peak. The exact requirement is shown on each property page.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the property. You will find pet policy details on each property listing. If in doubt, drop us a WhatsApp message and we will confirm.
How can I reach you?

Are the photos and descriptions accurate?
Yes. We visit every property in person before listing it. What you see on our website is what you will find when you arrive.
Do you offer early-bird or last-minute deals?
Occasionally, yes. Sign up for our newsletter or contact us directly — we will let you know about any available offers.
Is booking direct with you safer than through Airbnb?
Yes. You pay no platform fees (which can reach 15% on Airbnb), you communicate directly with us, and if anything goes wrong you speak to a real person — not an algorithm.
