How do I book directly?+
Choose a property, click "Book direct" and complete the booking online. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
Is the direct price really lower?+
Yes, always. We don't charge platform fees. You typically save 8–15% versus Airbnb or Booking.com.
What happens after booking?+
D-2 before check-in we send a link to complete the legally required guest registration form. Once done, you'll receive your access code by email and SMS.
Can I cancel my booking?+
More than 7 days before check-in: full refund. Within 7 days: 50% refund. Message us if you need to discuss.
