How we select every home
We turn down more properties than we accept. Here's exactly what we look for.
Location first
Walking distance to the sea, or views that justify the distance. No exceptions.
Impeccable condition
We inspect every property in person before listing. We check every appliance, every bed, every shower. If it's not right, we ask the owner to fix it.
Genuine character
Andalusian tiles. Thick whitewashed walls. A terrace that makes you want to stay. We're not interested in generic renovations.
Reliable service
We only work with owners who share our standards of maintenance and guest communication. One bad experience reflects on us.

We visit
We schedule a personal visit to the property. We arrive with a checklist, not an impression.
We check everything
Every appliance, every bed, every shower, every view. If we'd be uncomfortable sleeping there, we don't list it.
We decide
We accept fewer than 1 in 10 properties we visit. If a home doesn't make it, we tell the owner exactly why.
