Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in — full refund.
Cancellation within 7 days — 50% of the total amount is charged.
1. Standard Conditions
If you cancel a booking more than 7 days before the agreed check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, we charge 50% of the total booking amount as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
2. Early Departure
Early departure after check-in is treated as a within-7-day cancellation. No refund is provided for nights not stayed.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of exceptional circumstances — such as serious illness or natural disasters — we assess each situation individually and with flexibility. Please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email if you find yourself in such a situation.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, contact us via WhatsApp or by email at info@specialrentalsmalaga.com, quoting your booking reference. The time of cancellation is determined by when we receive your message.
